My name is Katie, and I’m an attachment-oriented and trauma-informed therapist, clinical supervisor, mental health educator, and advocate. Over the last 12 years, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families in diverse settings, including higher education, residential treatment, inpatient mental health, and outpatient individual and family therapy. I aim to operate holistically, incorporating therapy modalities that address every facet of self-development - cognitive, emotional, somatic, and relational. This has allowed me to support folks as they navigate complexity – as it relates to internal states, relationships, decision-making, and sifting through layers to make sense of themselves and their place in this world.
