Individual Therapy

Beginning individual therapy can feel uncertain, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own or keeping your inner world private. That hesitation is completely understandable. You may find yourself wondering:

What should I expect?!

You may come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by confusing emotions, stuck in relationship patterns, or carrying the weight of past experiences that continue to shape how you relate to yourself and others. You may have a clear concern - or simply a sense that something needs to change. You don’t need clarity or the right words to begin.

Therapy here is more than conversation. It’s a steady, supportive space marked by warmth, honesty, and thoughtful challenge. I take a relational approach and tailor our work to you - helping uncover patterns, explore what lies beneath the surface, and stay grounded as change unfolds.

If you’re unsure where to start, that’s okay. We’ll find our way together.

This is a team effort.

In the early sessions, it’s common to feel temporarily worse as new emotions come into focus. This is part of the process. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, working together to make difficult feelings less overwhelming.

You're not alone.

Over time, you’ll gain a clearer sense of what to expect and whether this feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll clarify goals and begin building a foundation for greater balance, health, and safety moving forward.

Family Therapy

We all grow and relate within systems, and family can be a powerful one. In family therapy, we'll explore the patterns and dynamics that shape how you connect, communicate, and support one another. Not all families can - or should - do this work together, and that’s okay. My role is to help you find what feels safe, clear, and right for you.
