Getting To Know Yourself
Services
Individual Therapy
Before we start individual therapy, you may not feel very comfortable talking to a stranger about your deepest darkest secrets. That's NORMAL. You may be scared and wondering,

What should I expect?!

You may start therapy just to process things that come up during the week. You may have a specific issue in mind. You might just want an ally in your life who cares about you and challenges you to grow. Always feel free to speak up about how you’d like therapy to go! It’s also 100% fine to ask me to guide the sessions if you don’t know what to talk about or where to start.
This is a team effort.

During the first sessions, as you’re digging into emotions that you may not even know you have, you might feel worse than before. Don't worry. We will work together to identify and bump up against these big feelings so that you're not hijacked by them.

You're not alone.

After a few more sessions, you’ll have a much better idea of what to expect and if I'm a good match for you. From there, we will identify more treatment goals to establish the building blocks for you to feel happy, healthy, and safe moving forward.

Family Therapy
We all learn and grow in systems, and your family is an important system in helping you reach your goals. Of course, this is not for all families. Sometimes, individual therapy alone is best. I will be looking to YOU to guide this process. This is your life, after all.
