Getting To Know Yourself
Clinical Supervision
For over 10 years, I've worked with adolescents, young adults, and their families in diverse settings, including higher education, residential treatment, inpatient mental health, and outpatient individual and family therapy. As a board-approved clinical supervisor, I've also had the opportunity to supervise clinicians within these settings.

At this time, I offer clinical supervision in-person and/or via my virtual platform. To inquire further about meeting with me for supervision, please reach out via my contact form. You can also learn more about my supervision model below.
My Supervision Model
As a supervisor, I aim to operate as I do as a clinician - by providing a space that cultivates curiosity, presence, self-inquiry, non-efforting, and authenticity, while examining countertransference as a key source of self-awareness and growth. My approach is informed by advanced training in Anti-Racist Clinical Supervision and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) of Clinical Supervision, both of which ground my work in relational attunement, cultural responsiveness, and deep respect for each clinician’s lived experience. I also strive to illuminate the full range of possibilities within the social work field, drawing from my experience across diverse settings, roles, and therapeutic modalities.

I will not be giving you the answers to becoming the best clinician - who’s to say I have the answers, or that such a thing as the “best” clinician exists? Instead, my goal is to help you discover the answers within. We will work together and, through our interactions, explore the parallels between the supervisory relationship and the relationship you build with your clients.

I look forward to the possibility of working with you!
